The Abundance Mindset: More is More

Culture Surge is a broad coalition of change makers working together in this vital moment for the survival of historically marginalized communities, American democracy, and a vision of a shared future. Co-founded by four women of color led organizations, including Harness, The League, IllumiNative and the Center for Cultural Power, Culture Surge provides a critical coordinating backbone for the culture change field, supporting organizations and artists to collectively envision a new future, bring that vision to mass audiences, and connect pluralist narrative strategies to the needs of on-the-ground movement partners. Culture Surge is led and driven by the needs and voices of women of color, is centered by the vision of artists, and works in close partnership with frontline social justice groups.
