Over the next year, The League will develop and test strategies that increase the social justice movement’s ability to capitalize on peak cultural moments in order to achieve the change we want, faster. Through its rapid response arm for the movement, they will: seed productive narratives or disrupt dangerous ones; elevate the voices and experiences of women, people of color, young people, and immigrants and refugees; and connect cultural conversations to tangible action.

Its rapid response team will represent the smartest, most creative thinkers from a variety of sectors, including artists, cultural organizers, and strategists from social justice, narrative strategy, entertainment storytelling, technology, crisis PR, experiential marketing, and cultural ‘spectacle’ design.
