The Think Tank for Inclusion & Equity (TTIE), a consortium of working TV writers spanning staff writers to showrunners—and the only intersectional social change organization—that advocates within the entertainment industry for a diverse cross-section of underrepresented communities (BIPOC, Women, LGBTQIA+, Disabled) to empower underrepresented writers and transform the industry into one in which all writers and all stories can thrive. The Collaborative’s support allowed TTIE to engage in a strategic planning process to assess how to expand its infrastructure and capacity to meet the needs of underrepresented TV writers in Hollywood.
