STARFISH is a creative IP accelerator designed to scale big pop culture narratives that take on the major civic issues of the day through the lens of mid-career storytellers of color. Pop Culture Collaborative’s grant will support STARFISH’s capacity and implementation of its Year 2 cohort of six mid-career BIPOC artists.
