One Day at a Time

With Netflix’s critically-acclaimed One Day At a Time’s (ODAAT) Season 3 set to premiere, but rumors of cancellation swirling, the Collaborative supported the partnership between the Creative Threshold Foundation and ODAAT’s co-Showrunner Gloria Calderon Kellett to activate Latinx and LGBTQ+ audiences through targeted digital ads and a collaboration with the “It Gets Better” campaign. Through this rapid response initiative, they ultimately reaching an audience of 1 million+ Latinx and LGBTQ viewers. While Netflix cancelled the show after its critically acclaimed Season 3, PopTV has sinced picked up and renewed One Day At a Time for Season 4, in part due to intense audience activation around the show’s return.
