The Latinx House is a gathering place for people who appreciate and support the Latinx community and who celebrate Latinx excellence in film and entertainment. It will serve as a home base for the Latinx community and its allies to gather, celebrate, converse, and activate on topical issues related to the Latinx community and its experiences. Funding from the Pop Culture Collaborative supported the Latinx House’s debut at the 2020 Sundance Film Festival and the premiere of the film Blast Beat, an immigrant-focused coming of age movie at the festival.
