Meet our grantee:

Gender Justice and Entertainment Collective

With funding from the Pop Culture Collaborative, the Gender Justice and Entertainment Collective will support a trio of artists, producers, and cultural organizers with deep roots in gender justice to identify, map, and initiate early organizing of leaders in the entertainment industry in order to connect with on-the-ground gender justice organizations, especially POC-led organizations, in order to more effectively mobilize on long-term and rapid response gender justice issues. The Gender Justice and Entertainment Collective includes Sarah Sophie Flicker, Shruti Ganguly, and Tanya Selvaratnam and is housed at honto88, a social impact production company.
