    People’s Action is one of the largest multiracial, people’s organizations in the country made up of 48 member organizations with 600 local staff in 30 states representing a million grassroots leaders in communities and online. People’s Action builds powerful state and local community organizations led by working class people around racial, economic, climate and gender justice. From family farms to big cities, from coast to coast, they are fighting for community over greed, justice over racism, and people and planet over big corporations.

    A social impact agency based in Hollywood, Propper Daley helps its clients leverage their unique assets to create positive change in the world. Propper Daley works with influencers, brands and causes, providing both strategic and creative solutions to move the needle on the issues they care most about. Its approach, rooted in behavioral science, moves beyond foundational “awareness raising” to those strategies and ideas that shift the attitudes and perceptions that lead to behavior change.

    JOLT Initiative is a Texas based non-profit organization that increases the civic participation of Latinos to build a strong democracy and a state where everyone’s voice is heard. In this time of unprecedented division, JOLT will use audience research to inform a counter-narrative that uplifts Texans of color and shifts the debate in favor of impacted communities.

    BoomGen Studios has led over the past ten years within the entertainment industry to combat tired of the stereotypical, racist, and outright offensive caricatures of their culture and community in popular media.

  • Pass the Mic Media

    Pass the Mic aims to dramatically change the landscape of pop culture, to render it radically inclusive.  They are founded on the belief that diversity is not a goal or a mandate.  It is a reality.  Pass the Mic focuses on inclusion and equity—making sure that the stories that form the basis of our pop culture reflect the voices of those people who are traditionally underrepresented or completely erased.  To achieve this, Pass the Mic supports projects through research, development, and production that adhere to these principles.

  • Secret Identities Universe

    Graphic novelist and pop culture critic Jeff Yang and the Secret Identities team work with professional graphic storytellers and amateur creators to collaboratively imagine and bring to life organically diverse original superheroes inspired by the personal experiences and cultural heritage of those who traditionally haven’t been depicted in popular culture. To date, they have produced three acclaimed anthologies featuring the work of individuals from across the spectrum of race, gender and sexual orientation.
